We're growing and looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply another insurance job. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, manage a book of business, work with multiple insurance carriers, and become an important part of an established independent agency.

What you'll do

• Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish
• Service and advise clients regarding Auto, Home, Umbrella and other personal insurance needs
• Process new business, endorsements, policy changes and renewals
• Review policies and identify potential coverage needs
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional client experience
• Take ownership of your book of business and follow through on client needs

What we're looking for

• Personal Lines insurance or account management experience preferred
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable and client-focused
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people
